We took a queen room with central heating, cable television, and a microwave oven, it was brand-new.

Overall very nice stay for two nights. Impeccably clean place, staff was extremely helpful. Location: comfy and decent, really close to Baseball tournament, the shopping center, and restaurants and gas. Coffee and a mini kitchen available in the suite.

The hotel offers a continental breakfast in the bar. It boasts fantastic, excellent location adjacent to supermarket, strip mall, central Jacksonville, and the church where the wakes and services were held. Also, it's located 3 miles from Panther Creek Golf Club.

Amazing bed, large bathroom and coffee and a mini kitchenette in the room. Continental breakfast with a huge variety of options.

Everything there was great and the staff were amazingly nice and affable. I thoroughly enjoyed reasonably large room with a large bathroom. The continental breakfast was to die for. The setting was marvellous and fantastic, near Holiday INN express, stadium, and restaurants and fast food. It also was close to the airport;))

Location: the hotel was close enough to Jacksonville. I ate at the casual restaurant near the venue.

It was so close to Florida, many fast food places and a grocery store, and Holiday INN express, incredible and magnificent location overall. Plus it was max 5 mins walk to the lake.

The customer service at this hotel was outstanding. The assistant manager was incredibly helpful and made our stay wonderful. The room was fantastic and the bed, with its pillow top, was extremely comfortable. We also appreciated the convenient location near restaurants and a shopping center.

The poor lighting in the room, making it difficult to read on the sofa. Another negative aspect was the lack of mirrors in the suite, as there was only one in the bathroom.

The place is absolutely great and has favourable location in Sanderson or near stadium. It has a superb bar and amazingly nice and amicable staff. The hotel serves free continental breakfast. The services are amazing, including a very clean pool. Overall great facilities, there's good parking.

All good — we thoroughly enjoyed this hip new hotel — the food was OUTSTANDING and the staff were thoughtful and excellent. Had huge tastefully decorated room with very comfy bed. The location turned out to be good and fantastic.

The breakfast at Holiday Inn Express was fantastic! There were plenty of options to choose from, and the food was always hot and tasty. I especially enjoyed the fresh coffee. The cleanliness of the hotel was superb, from the lobby to the rooms. The towels provided were of higher quality than what I have at home, and the bed was extra comfortable. Despite not having time to enjoy the breakfast, I can highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness and comfort. I had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express!
